Suvi Sojamo is a PhD Researcher at Water and Development Research Group at Aalto University in Helsinki. Her research focuses on global water governance embedded in global agro-food value chains and networks, their overlapping agency, architecture and dynamics in the global political economy context.

Suvi obtained her BSc Degree (Hons) at the Universities of Helsinki and Copenhagen in Environmental Science and Policy and MSc Degree in Water Science and Governance (with Distinction) at King's College London in 2010.

She has worked at water governance projects of Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, UNEP and WWF Finland and frequently teaches and consults on water governance, corporate water stewardship and accountability issues.
